Live or Recorded Webinars: Instructor-led training sessions that typically focus on the functionality or content within a product. Our Live Webinars are group sessions scheduled on a regular basis that offer you the opportunity to interact with the instructor, while our Recorded Webinars (self-study) can be viewed at a time that is convenient for you. Some of these courses may offer CPE credit.

eLearning: Ranging from just a few minutes to a full hour, eLearning (self-study) sessions allow you to see an explanation and demonstration of specific features within our products, often giving you the opportunity to practice the skills yourself.

Product Demonstrations: Delivered by subject matter experts, these demonstrations focus on the features and benefits of a variety of Thomson Reuters’ products. These are great opportunities for prospective customers to learn about new resources that may be beneficial to you. You may find a Live Product Demonstration that fits into your schedule, however we also offer Recorded Product Demonstrations for popular sessions which can be viewed at your convenience.

Continuing Professional Education credit, or CPE credit, may be offered if the course adheres to the standards set forth by NASBA. Courses must be at least 50 minutes to qualify for 1 CPE credit and must use a verification process to confirm attendance.

During a Live Webinar, you will be asked to answer polling questions to verify your attendance throughout the session. By answering all polling questions, you become eligible for CPE credit. Approximately 1 – 2 business days after the completion of the course, you will receive an email containing a link to download your CPE certificate.

Our Self-Study sessions will include an end-of-course exam. In order to receive CPE credit for these courses, you must pass this exam with a score greater than or equal to 70% in no more than 3 attempts. If you do not pass the exam with a score of 70% or greater after your third attempt, you must retake the entire course. If you do pass the exam, you will receive an email containing a link to download your CPE certificate.

If you qualify to receive CPE credit but do not receive an email with your certificate, please contact Customer Service.
