CLASSROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations occur on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations for fee based courses may be refunded or credited toward future classes if canceled two business days prior to the class. Rescheduled classes must be completed within three months from the date of the original class. TRANSFER / CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRAINING
- Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Product Training reserves the right to cancel classes up to 7 business days prior to the scheduled class date. A full refund will be issued in this case.
- Full refund if cancellations occur 2 business days prior to the beginning of the class.
- We allow substitution of training students at any time.
- If the student cancels less than 2 business days prior to the beginning of the class or does not attend, the full price will be charged. The student will be allowed to take the class at another time based on availability.

COMPLAINT POLICY
All complaints will be carefully reviewed by the appropriate product and or training manager for resolution. If the complaint is in regard to the course content or delivery, the appropriate manager and instructors will review the complaint and make any necessary changes to the course material or presentation. Complaints regarding administrative policies will be reviewed by the Training Manager and Administrator for corrections. Corrections made will follow the standards that are stated in the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy's (NASBA) CPE administration policies. All interested parties: CPA, State Board, etc. are then notified of the resolution.
