Training venues designed for the way you learn.
We offer several options for training, because we know your time is limited and that you have specific needs. Through an interactive format, led by professional instructors, you'll have the chance to get in-depth training on your software - at all levels of proficiency. We offer both standard and custom training in classroom, web-based, and onsite formats, all led by our professional instructors. Most of our courses provide the opportunity to earn CPE credits, and are presented as group offerings.
Our Standard training is designed to provide comprehensive, in-depth training on Tax & Accounting products like Checkpoint, RIA, PPC, e-Form, Quickfinder, and much more at various levels of proficiency. Standard training is available in the following formats:
- Webinar - An interactive distance format, where you use your own computer and the Internet for learning. You participate in a live broadcast, with an instructor and other registered students from your firm and around the country. You can view the instructor's desktop and follow along using a web browser. High speed Internet access is required to take these classes. Because class schedules are frequently updated, please visit our schedule page for the most current information.
- Seminar - A traditional hands-on classroom setting with a presenter. These are offered across the country, for a select group of courses.
- On-Demand - These self-teaching courses are available on the web. First-time users, seasonal employees or even experienced users who need a refresher can all learn at their own speed.

Classroom Cancellation Policy
Please register at least two weeks previous to scheduled class dates. Applicants for all courses will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations may be refunded or credited toward future classes if canceled two business days prior to class. There will be a $25 administration fee for any cancellation less than two business days of class. Note: All classes are subject to cancellation. Rescheduled classes must be completed within three months from the date of the original class.
